【One-stop Service申請期間】2026年1月7日～2026年2月28日
・3月1日以降はシステム上でOne-stop Service申請内容の変更はできません。
変更したい場合はメール(ga143@yamaguchi-u.ac.jp)で連絡してください。
・3月31日までシステムにアクセスできます。
・工学部の交換留学生はシステムにログインできません。
One-stop Serviceの情報は常盤キャンパスの留学生アドバイザーがメールで連絡します。

・Your One-stop Service application cannot be changed on the system after March 1.
If you want to make any changes, please contact us via email (ga143@yamaguchi-u.ac.jp).
・You can access the system until March 31.
・Exchange students of the Faculty of Engineering can't log into the system.
The international student adviser at Tokiwa Campus will email them the information on One-stop Service.
